Dracula 125th Anniversary Party (w/ Prague Horror Theater)
May 26 @ 6:00 pm - 11:00 pm CEST
On May 26th this year it will be exactly 125 years since Bram Stoker – London’s leading theatrical manager and author of eerie short stories – published a 400-page novel about a dark terror lurking in the Carpathian Mountains: DRACULA.
To mark the anniversary of the publication of the most famous of all horror novels, Gordon L. Schmitz, artistic director of the Prague Horrortheater, reads the novel’s original first chapter, which was deleted before publication and later published as a short story: “Dracula’s Guest,” in which our hero, the British lawyer Jonathan Harker, stops against all advice in an abandoned Bavarian village and encounters superstitions, storms and wolves in an old cemetery…
You can also look forward to themed drinks, food, and music!
ALL VISITORS ARE ASKED TO ATTEND THE CELEBRATION IN VAMPIRE COSTUMES! Because: It’s just so much fun! And there will be a prize!
Admission is free, donations are welcomed. Reservations recommended
