🍋 Sazerac - somehow the most debated cocktail 🧐 Do you like a cognac or whiskey base? We chose a split, a little heavier on the rye. Rocks glass or coupe? We got these little guys instead - I heard Antoine Peychaud (of bitters fame) first served this drink in an egg cup (lol) and that’s sort of the vibe I was going for with this glass 🐓 And the absinthe wash? We spritz a nice coating from our antique atomizer - I love the idea of serving a side shot but our glasses come straight from the freezer soooo ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Holy feck I almost forgot the LEMON! Most people say it needs to be expressed and TOSSED immediately, and that’s the only way! I say let this beautiful zesty boy hang out for a while, he looks good and isn’t hurting anyone.
